Minifigure Contest- Sign Up and Discussion

Welcome to Eirebricks first contest.

There's 2 categories to participate in:

Custom Minifigure:
Build a new Custom Minifigure
Entry has to be a new Custom.
No clone brand parts (megablocks, blocko and so forth).
Must be your own work

Custom Minifigure and Vehicle:
Make a Custom Minifigure and a Vehicle to go along with it
Entry has to be a new MOC and Custom.
No clone brand parts (megablocks, blocko and so forth).


General rules:
Only one entry per member per category.
Entries must have at least one deeplinked picture
Max 5 pictures from different angles
Each entry must include a description/explanaition of the Moc and Custom Minifigure.
Please include a link to off-site folder with more pics or higher resolution pictures (optional).
Max picture resolution is 800x600.
'Real' entries only - no digital entries.


Contest ends on 30th of July 2010.

-Entries posted after the deadline are disqualified.
-Entries that doesn't live up to the rules after the deadline are disqualified.
-All entries will be looked over and requirements to comply with the rules will be posted in the entry's topic.
-All entries are considered WIP's (work in progress). An entry can be changed as many times as the poster wishes before the deadline.
-All entries are to be posted as individual topics in the Contest forum with the following in the topic's subtitle: "Minifigure Contest" and then either Category 1 or Category 2.
-When the deadline has been reached a vote topic for the qualified entries will be made.

Post in this topic to say if you will sign up or not.

Can staff join?

Staff cannot join on this occasion but in future competitions there will be staff competitions.

I'll enter this! I have a minifig ready to go, I just can't seem to take a decent picture of it.

same here! ive sharpied my guys hat black but im not sure what position to put it in for the pic!(i think i will keep the position)

P.S. these smilies are really weird... and when you roll over them with your cursor the wrong description comes up.
Example: If your replying to a post and you roll your cursor over this smiley it says ''wink'' ?

Yes, you are allowed to post one entry for each category.
